I recently stayed at a hotel in Florence that I found to be a great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was also great, as it was not exactly where all the tourist attractions are, but still within a 10-15 minute walk. This is especially convenient for Americans visiting students at the nearby Syracuse University Florence program. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms were of very serviceable quality. Breakfast was also a highlight, with excellent huge cappuccinos provided each morning, taking the hassle out of finding somewhere to eat.
Everything was ok.

Staff is extremely helpful. Just do not hesitate to ask them for a help.
Our first room (#29) was awfully cold and looked like the worst room in the hotel. But it was changed the next night to the much better one.

The atmosphere was warm, friendly and responsive.
In the description of the hotel it was said that every room has a balcony. But only two or three rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a bit out of the way from the main sites, but this was not a problem for us. Thanks to their clear instructions, we had no problems taking the buses that were plentiful and only a 10-15 minute ride to places of attraction. the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and we particularly enjoyed the delicious cappuccinos.
The bathroom in our room was a bit small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

Great Xmas stay. The breakfast had a nice variety and the staff was really friendly. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The private parking option was also very convenient.
The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was small. It didn't have many amenities and Wi-Fi signal was weak at times.

I had an amazing experience staying in a hotel that was located just out of the city center in a quiet area. the room I stayed in was large and spacious and provided a beautiful view of the nearby residential area. the bathroom was clean and functional, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality of food was top-notch. the hotel had many facilities, such as a beautiful garden and an old-style lift, which added to the overall charm of the place.
The only negative aspect I experienced was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful and polite. the breakfast provided a range of tea choices and a nice coffee. the air conditioning in the room was good and effective.
The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and it smelled bad.
